Your profile
Your profile is yours, not your organization’s. It follows you across every organization you belong to, so changing your name here changes it everywhere your teammates see you. Open it from your avatar in the header, under Public Profile.
What you can change
Section titled “What you can change”- Name. How you appear on the team roster, in the audit trail, and anywhere else a person is named.
- Avatar. Upload an image and it replaces the placeholder your initials sit in. Remove puts the initials back.
What lives elsewhere
Section titled “What lives elsewhere”Your password, passkeys and authenticator app are under Security. Theme, layout and how dates and times are written are under Appearance. The release-notes indicator is under Account. All of them are personal in the same way: none is visible to, or changeable by, your organization’s owner.
Which organizations you belong to is not something you edit here. An organization’s admin adds and removes people from its team, and you switch between the ones you are in from the top of the sidebar.
