Signing in

Sign in at app.mycare-connect.com/login. There are two ways in, and a possible second step after the first.

Enter your email address and password. Remember me keeps you signed in on this browser between visits; leave it off on a shared computer.

Sign in with a passkey uses a passkey you have registered (Touch ID, Face ID, a phone, or a security key) and asks for nothing else, no password and no code. If your browser offers your saved passkey as a suggestion in the email field, choosing it does the same thing. You register a passkey under Security.

If you have set up an authenticator app, signing in with a password is followed by One more step: the six-digit code the app shows. If you do not have the app to hand, Use a recovery code takes one of the single-use codes you saved when you turned the app on. Each recovery code works once.

A passkey sign-in has no second step; the passkey already proves it is you on your own device.

Forgot password? on the sign-in page asks for the email address you sign in with and emails a link. The link works once and expires after an hour. Choosing a new password through it signs out every other session you had open, so a browser you left signed in somewhere else is signed out too.

If you have lost both your password and your second factor, support can help once they have confirmed who you are.

Your avatar in the header has Sign out. Changing your password also signs you out everywhere, including the browser you changed it from.
